Black Cat Mead is a light, smooth, honey-based beverage by Dr. Kombu Brewing Co. and made with local, sustainable honey from Brandt’s Bees, located in Nova Scotia’s Annapolis Valley. After years of fermenting tea, we’ve made the leap to fermenting honey, resulting in this beautiful and delicate sparkling mead.
