We start with our SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast), organic black tea, and organic cane sugar. The SCOBY feeds off of the other ingredients and wild fermentation occurs, rendering down the fermented tea until almost 0g sugar remain. We then blend or steep in additional ingredients (example: berries, spices, dulse) to create our 8 unique flavour blends. Packaged and kept chilled to prevent continuing fermentation, Sòlas lovingly makes its way to you!
